COLUMBUS, IN, UNITED STATES, August 12, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Crosstown Capital Partners has completed an investment in MAK Steel Services, LLC, Trinity Steel Services, LLC, and Advantage Steel, LLC. The three businesses fabricate, supply, and erect

structural steel and miscellaneous metals for commercial and industrial construction. Each company keeps its name, its leadership, and its customer relationships.

The founders rolled over a substantial portion of their equity and remain owners alongside Crosstown. Each continues in his executive role: Kyle Elkins remains President of the combined entities, Matthew VonDielingen continues to lead business development efforts as VP of Sales, and Floyd Stalker continues to lead the erection division as VP of Operations. The management team, the trade workforce, and the day-to-day operating approach do not change.

"We’re incredibly proud of what this team has built together. None of this happens without the employees who show up every day, the customers who put their trust in us, and the families who have supported us along the way. This partnership gives us the opportunity to keep building on that foundation, create more opportunities for our people, and take the company to the next level while staying true to the values and relationships that got us here." said Kyle Elkins, President.

The investment funds three near-term priorities. The first is a new state-of-the-art fabrication facility that expands shop capacity and adds automation to increase throughput and quality. Second, the companies expect to add more than 75 positions across fabrication, field, and support roles over the next several years. Third, the combined group will extend its service area further across the Midwest and Southeast, giving general contractors a single source for fabrication, supply, and erection across a wider footprint.

"Kyle, Matt, Floyd, and the entire team have earned their reputation as the go-to steel contractor one job at a time. The steel shows up right and it goes up on schedule. We could not be more excited to partner with this team and support the growth plans they have for the business," said Nick Likens, Managing Partner of Crosstown Capital Partners.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
